We start with the business goal, not the aesthetic. What does the site need to make happen? Who is visiting it and what do they need to believe before they take action? The design follows from those questions. By the time we are working on visual decisions, the information architecture is already settled and agreed.

Thirty days of post-launch support is included. After that, site maintenance is available as a monthly add-on.
